The Red Dragon Cardio Kickboxing class is a 45 minute high energy non-contact cardiovascular workout, which tones every muscle in your body.

  • You will tone up without bulking up.
  • In each class you will burn between 600 – 800 calories.
  • The class is 100% pure adrenaline, you’ll sweat like crazy- plus it’s a lot of fun.
  • We have many class days and times to choose from each week and your first class is absolutely free.

Our classes are designed for beginners and intermediate levels. The classes begin with basic warm ups followed by basic punching and kicking, then the class progresses into more challenging combinations. We encourage all beginners to follow along with the class and take as many breaks as needed. Your first two classes are usually the hardest and then you become accustomed to the combinations and will not need to take as many breaks.

Remember to wear something comfortable, and bring a towel and a little drinking water for the class.

You are also welcome to bring a friend or family member with you. Many studies have shown that people who train with someone else stick to it longer and get better results!
